Andrew S. Viola has been a member of the firm for over 25 years and became a partner in 1996. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Rutgers University – Camden School of Law in 1993 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston University in 1988. Prior to law school, Mr. Viola served as a Probation Officer with the Morris County Probation Department and later interned with both the Camden County Prosecutor's Office and the Morris County Public Defender's Office. He serves as Municipal Prosecutor throughout Camden County and represents several land use boards throughout Camden, Gloucester and Salem Counties. Mr. Viola is licensed to practice in New Jersey state and federal courts. His practice includes criminal and civil litigation, municipal court, wills and estates, worker’s compensation, real estate, small business and family law.
Margeau J. Ney has been of counsel to the firm since 2019. She focuses her practice on criminal defense in all New Jersey jurisdictions, including both Superior and Municipal Courts. Margeau holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Fordham University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University School of Law. Prior to entering private practice, Margeau was a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Cook in Camden County Superior Court. She then served as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender for the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender in the Camden County Adult Trial Division for over 9 years, where she represented thousands of indigent defendants charged with all levels of indictable offenses. During her tenure at the Office of the Public Defender, Margeau developed a specialized knowledge in abusive head trauma (“shaken baby syndrome”) cases and has tried countless cases to successful conclusion. Margeau is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Leslie Barth has been a paralegal to the firm for many years. She handles personal injury litigation, civil litigation, matrimonial, corporate, municipal court and criminal matters. She has over 10 years of managerial experience. Leslie also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications as well as being a certificated paralegal.
Dora McGlone has been a paralegal for over 10 years. Dora handles worker’s compensation, personal injury, family law, estates, criminal and civil litigation and municipal court. She also has an Associate’s Degree with a concentration in paralegal studies.
